Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee When interviewing, make sure to ask for proof of team performance. No AE or SDR is hitting quota except for the first sales hire they made in ENT. Product Market Fit is not yet there and marketing could use much work. Top employees are applauded for their work and fired out of the blue. The DG product itself is okay, we were not able to participate in most RFPs with large enterprise companies (CRO would choose not to even attempt because the product lacks most capabilities that competitors already have). DG generally overpromises and underdelivers when it comes to new features for prospects and growth for employees only happens when forced by the situation. Can see this being a great place to work once the privacy space matures (most companies don't care about privacy, and when they do most will choose the cheapest option (OneTrust) to check a box). They need to focus more on products, or else other privacy companies are going to outpace them.
