Former Employee A partner/reseller that relies heavily on contracting customer support to Hyland customers to stay afloat. Markets itself as a digital transformation company but in actuality is BPO still relying on scanning services. Leadership urges sales to find new customers but when they are presented the fit is off 100% of the time. “Find new business” became code for something unattainable
