I cannot stress enough the lack of leadership and overall skill of leadership based on their roles. Wrong people for the wrong jobs is probably the politest way to put it.

The product is pretty solid, but due to lack of experience and intellectual curiosity from leadership, there is a major disconnect on how to improve it, who to market it to, and how to market it.
