My experience has been mediocre at best. Constant changes in pay structure has create uncertainty and dissatisfaction among the sales team. The structure doesn't adequately reward their efforts and it is leading to increased turnover. Losing experienced salespeople has been detrimental to the company's sales effectiveness and thus making more work for us SE's in order to hit our goals.

A lot of turnover in management, constant resetting priorities. Many good people with experience and knowledge have left company. Management lacks experience in industry. Products are outdated, consolidation in industry is reducing target market.
