A lot of turnover in management, constant resetting priorities. Many good people with experience and knowledge have left company. Management lacks experience in industry. Products are outdated, consolidation in industry is reducing target market.

My experience has been mediocre at best. Constant changes in pay structure has create uncertainty and dissatisfaction among the sales team. The structure doesn't adequately reward their efforts and it is leading to increased turnover.
