The company makes significant efforts to maintain employee morale. However, the job board industry as a whole is facing challenges, with multiple layoffs and increasing pressure for employees to return to the office more frequently. A few years ago, management over-hired, and now they seem to be struggling to find effective solutions to stabilize the business.

Great people at DHI. Nobody really hits quota anymore. On the CJ side the product is great but too expensive for target market.
