Crunchtime does not pay out their reps. There are multiple reps who hit their number who haven't received any commission. We are paid after we bill our customers and often times we strike deals that are at best ramped and at worst delayed rollouts over months/years. Often times the customers never go live since they are so far from contract execution. Great product, but the company is going downhill fast.

Not great. Sales management can be very frustrating at times. Additionally, they recently took away a financial incentive within the BDR team. This company seems to be on a downwards trajectory. Avoid working here if possible.
