Not great. Sales management can be very frustrating at times. Additionally, they recently took away a financial incentive within the BDR team. This company seems to be on a downwards trajectory. Avoid working here if possible.

The biggest challenge being part of the Crunchtime sales org is that it's a guessing game of when you'll be paid commission for a deal that you close.

If you’re desperate for a job, I suppose you should work here. If you want to actually get paid the commission you earn and have a chance of hitting quota, this probably isn’t your ideal place to be.
