If you want people to be based in Austin, you need to pay them according to cost of living. $100k OTE for a mid-market role is terrible. Should at least be $130K. Great company culture tho, and even better product.

As for SMB, Crowdstrike is way too expensive for SMB organization and most reps do not hit quota.
