SMB Base is 55K and Enterprise Base is like 140K? How big are the Enterprise teams? Is it tough to get promoted up to the Enterprise team?

More QuestionsFor an Account Manager Role, the recruiter told me they may not have much flexibility on the OTE but could offer some extra RSU. How flexible are they with that?
