The product is good but the sales team structures were bad. The product is broken into 3 segments and the entire team should be selling the whole product. The team also should be given both inbound and outbound leads. The inbound team was always exceeding quota whereas no one on the outbound team was booking anything.

My overall experience was terrible. My manager left shortly after I started. The VP who took over was a legitimate sociopath who bullied reps. I would tell anyone and everyone to stay away.
