Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Used to be a wonderful place to work that mixed a great mission with the ability to make money. Very fairly compensated and when times were good, they were great. But sales ops has done the organization a great disservice by lack of knowledge about the space and irrational quotas and expectations. Also, they change direction about every 6 months and while IC's have continued to experience RIFs, those are the very top get rewarded for some reason and have not paid the consequences of their bad decision making.
