Culture of micromanagement, inexperienced sales leadership and lack of clear strategic vision for future. Primary focus on short term wins with no long term sustainability in current business model and GTM strategy. Toxic culture leading to high turnover, job insecurity and missed targets across all business units. Overly ambitious targets created by leadership team who are unaccountable. Struggling desperately to stay relevant in a competitive industry

My overall experience was mostly negative. Pay is good and competitive, but the market really wasn’t interested in the product. This led to small deal sizes, long sales cycles, and missed targets that were impossible to achieve. A lot of micromanagement from the top down. Good people and employees, but major uphill battle.
