Not because of training/development, but because the deals are hard to win due to competition/market fit/prospect timelines/etc. Collaboration is tough due to remote nature of work. Compensation is top tier. Great people all around.

The opportunity to earn commissions is great but that also comes with a lot of after sales support and handholding of accounts.
