Enjoyed my time here. But, hectic environment where management lacks transparency - which genuinely might be because they have no clue what is going on themselves. "Best we can do is you'll find out in a couple of weeks." Great pay structure, with little to no emphasis on development or promoting their own high performers. Drastically changing their process and headcount in April 25.

Overall experience was negative. huge disparity in how leads are distributed. clear favoritism and antiquated business practices.
