The company has very weak leadership that changes the day to day structure of most of the company a few times a quarter. Making it difficult to develop a process. Its difficult because the leadership is very critical while also not knowing how to get where they want to. Leadership has been frequently known to false promises and not follow through with promotions and incentives. This leaves employees in a state of unknowing and sometime disarray.
