Lots of turnover. Very lofty growth plans with minimal success. Work just as hard on a 2k deal as a 40k deal. Typical start up where there isn't a defined sales process so lots of trial and error without a feedback loop.

My overall experience at Coro has been moderate. There is not a great base salary, the commission structure has changed several times without prior warning. The development and career path is the worst I've seen or heard of. There is zero training offered for the next role besides personal development outside of work hours. Great place to jump start your career in tech sales and make really solid money. Career development is pretty much nonexistent unless you stay in seat for 2 years. Overall a great experience, but changes to leadership are pertinent for future success.
