Used to be the 900lb gorilla in the LMS world. We always told not to sell the ATS which put us at a disadvantage at times.

Over 5 years sales incentives have decreased. No raise, took away sabbatical, reduced remote reimbursements, and drastic reduction in travel. Constant management changes, account shifts, new processes and roadblocks that impact the flow of work.
