Leadership is a mess, trying to act like they are innovative but have no clue what innovation means or how to get there. Execution on their grand ideas is non existent. The only reason this company is still operational is due to each Individual Contributor forcing the company to get things done.

Marketing spend could be better allocated to conferences/events in the Public Sector, but additional investment is occurring at the BDR level. With the bankruptcy behind the company, I expect further investment in our CRM and lead-flow sources to occur.
