Not the best company. Lay offs were crazy and unexpected. And the people they laid off made no sense. Some with a long tenure with the company, some who were no.

Decent place but typical VAR enviornment aka tons of competition and trying to add "value" and services while still being the less expensive option. No real culture between teams.

Extremely challenging environment. Quotas are high and make little sense. Executive management seems to be obtuse to employee experience. Ridiculous amount of attrition. Can be very rewarding for the right reps.

Poorly run organization - comprised of lots of smaller teams that were former acquisitions of C1. This makes the company feel disjointed and processes are overly complicated.
