Leadership is a mess in multiple departments. Seems like they’re checked out or genuinely don’t know how to do the job. Nepotism driving hiring and advancement. 10% of AEs/Sales team is hitting their number. Leadership just says “we got this”. No strategy, no target adjustments, just cheerleading from the top. The product is decent but culture/leadership is terrible, especially for sales reps.

The company has high sales expectations comparable to those of larger, more established competitors. However, leadership seems out of touch with field realities, as evidenced by only 1 in 10 Account Executives meeting their targets over the past two years. While the team is friendly, the large mid-management layer and a manage-up culture would benefit from a shake-up.
