Poor sales leadership, process, sales enablement, cross funtional collaboration. ContentSquare is a political nightmare - deals amongst sales leaders are cut under the table and those who have been around the company a while always get the upper hand.

Extremely challenging COVID period was not made better by a desperation from leadership to do "whatever it takes" to close. Lots of tools and methodologies were applied without training or oversight to make them successful. The product is very good, but incredibly complex. Best for reps to sell here coming with similar product knowledge and/or a bulletproof process.
