This is an amazing company, but the sales cycle is extremely challenging. Lots of internal change given newer to American market. Great people, best company I have worked for.

The product is strong and continues to improve but unorganized leadership has stalled the GTM motion. Not 1 person hit quota out of a few dozen new logo reps in '22 due to over hiring and shrinking territories but expect that to shift with yet another leadership shake up

The US expansion seems to have simply happened far faster than what a realistic TAM would have been. Roughly 1/60 AE's in US hit target in 2022 and 2/50 in 2023. Beyond rough.

My overall experience is ok. Compensation is ok. Nothing exceptional. Targets are not achievable.
