This company COULD be good but its not somewhere I would recommend to work at. The C suite changes every couple of months, they dont pay their people out correctly and systems and processes are a mess, the leaders don't do much at all, and the caliber is low here. They would rather spend money sending $100 year gifts to 2k employees than invest in real training and development. Would not work here if I could do it all over again

My overall experience is ok. Compensation is ok. Nothing exceptional. Targets are not achievable.
