The quotas were unattainable based on existing leads/prior year's sales. VP's "plan" to increase leads was laughable. It was the worst-run sales org I've ever seen.

Former Employee3.4May 17, 2024Overall experience was great. I joined the company while it was still "professionalising". Their base salary wasn't great compared to others in the market but I've heard their compensation + sales processes have gotten better 5 years on.
