Current Employee3.1Sep 17, 2024The culture of the company is great but SDR and AE relationship with this company is really bad in my opinion. Management is good and the culture of the company is great. They acknowledge that and trying to improve it as well. Base pay isn’t the best but they provide inbound lead so you don’t have to prospect on your own.

Company recently changed the entire sales compensation plan and while the OTE has remained fairly similar to the past, the biggest negative is in over-performing.
