Restructuring compensation constantly and not setting clear objectives. They were still trying to figure out our incentive compensation. Base for my role was fair with little incentive pay. The company marketing brought in plenty of warm leads.

The culture of the company is great but SDR and AE relationship with this company is really bad in my opinion. Management is good and the culture of the company is great. They acknowledge that and trying to improve it as well. Base pay isn’t the best but they provide inbound lead so you don’t have to prospect on your own.
