The culture of the company is great but SDR and AE relationship with this company is really bad in my opinion. Management is good and the culture of the company is great. They acknowledge that and trying to improve it as well. Base pay isn’t the best but they provide inbound lead so you don’t have to prospect on your own.

ConstructConnect is a great place to work and advance your career. The compensation package is less than ideal.
