Overall lead flow for sales is great - quality occasionally suffers. Company recently changed the entire sales compensation plan and while the OTE has remained fairly similar to the past, the biggest negative is in over-performing. Very little incentive to overperform, so the past several months have been fairly deflating. While my manager listens and provides good feedback for improvement, compensation is relatively low to others in our industry.
