It is a great place and culture to work for. Great people and you will definitely learn a lot about sales. But the industry is the only problem, I’m not a fan of the healthcare staffing industry. It really depends on what team you land on.

One of the biggest factors to consider is the turnover rate at Consilium. Over half of the user data stored in Avaya is from employees who have departed (whether through termination, which is very common, or through leaving of their own accord). Client Sales Manager was a joke. Found success only bringing in the lowest of low contracts. We’re consistently approaching physicians and offering $50 less per hour than what was market.
