Been good, looks to stay good for the future. Stabilized, no unnecessary growth/bloat at this time. Leadership consistently engage with executive coaching & consulting resources to ensure company runs a competitive standard. People are the most fun as per usual which is the best part of the company besides the commission structure

Great company - Leadership is great but like any company, they have their own flaws. Minimal support/resources. They REALLY value producing roles but they do not see the value in investing in building out their corporate structure/resources unless it's for BD. Commission structure is great.
