overall, if you cant get a job anywhere else this place will likely hire you so not bad to get some experience, but they pay bottom dollar commission and salary - would recommend jumping after the year mark to somewhere more lucrative.

One of the biggest factors to consider is the turnover rate at Consilium. Over half of the user data stored in Avaya is from employees who have departed (whether through termination, which is very common, or through leaving of their own accord). It is a great place and culture to work for. Great people and you will definitely learn a lot about sales. But the industry is the only problem, I’m not a fan of the healthcare staffing industry. It really depends on what team you land on.

Consilium is a great company. You will make a lot of calls but it is worth it if you see the big picture. The first promotion is strictly based on production. You will have to put in the work but they reward those that do. Faith-based company too, which is cool.

This is a great place to go and get experience, but after you have your feet under you I wouldn't recommend this place. For many reasons from tech stack, to archaic processes/management. They will pull every technicality they can to not pay out commission. No benefits, 2 weeks of vacation, and truly a sink or swim environment and I write this as a top performing rep.

Client Sales Manager was a joke. Found success only bringing in the lowest of low contracts. We’re consistently approaching physicians and offering $50 less per hour than what was market.
