Company has amazing culture amongst the BDE team. By-far the most unorganized organization you will ever be apart of. If you’re looking for a sales job to make money this is not the place, OTE was said to be around 80k, no one surpassed 55k. Heavily behind the curve as far as technology used, majority of your day will be operating an excel spreadsheet dialing down a list. No go to market strategy, no inbound leads, no route for promotion. Below market standard product that is perfect in the UK but abysmal in the US market. Company has the right idea but quite possibly the worst execution I have or will ever witness. Get in, get your experience for your resume and head to a reputable company.

Turnover is high as there is no GTM strategy. No lead flow. 100% self gen with no defined strategy or ICP.

Management is detached - doesn't know what we're working on, and doesn't help unless pushed. Company awareness is very limited due to limited marketing spend. Contract flexibility is non existent which kills deals.
