The company has gone through a rebrand to Connex.ai and with it a whole change in North American leadership. The new team is fantastic, the new EAE's are much higher quality and the BDE's are smashing their targets.

Company has amazing culture amongst the BDE team. By-far the most unorganized organization you will ever be apart of. This was an awful [lace top work leadership has no clue what is up or down. The products doesn't work as demonstrated. You are expected to be dishonest and lie to your customer to get deals across the finish line. Implementation is almost nonexistant. The turnover is nothing like I have ever seen professionally. My advice... RUN!!!!

My overall experience is I’ll be surprised if they make it 2024. Only hope they have is firing everyone and hiring new BDE’s because that’s the only way to fool the new reps.
