What is the sales leadership culture like at Connex One, and what can prospective sales professionals expect?

Sales professionals can expect absolutely nothing from leadership. Turnover is very high and commissions are practically non-existent.

I know it's easy to think that all 'reviews' are neggy due to people being laid off etc. But take it from me an EAE who is actually doing okay here - the senior sales 'leadership' is honestly the worst I've seen in my entire career. My friends cannot believe some of the things I tell them. At best there is no leadership, at worst they hinder your ability to sell and blow deals out the water.

There is no real sales leadership at Connex One. Very heavy turnover of sales people.  The product is not bad but is really not an enterprise ready solution and is more for the middle space. They struggle to implement the solution and to retain customers. If you sell the solution and the customer backs out after a few months, it will count agains the AE and could ultimately end up in the AE getting terminated.  Since they hired one person in management, it's only gotten worse with playing favorites and unrealistic expectations. One entire team has been turned over in under a year.

CEO down no one cares. From day on you’ll realize the culture is non existent.

All the care about is the number. 0 incentives. Top BDE made barley 1.5k in comission all year.

You will feel isolated and in constant fear of being fired, there is no communication other than a slack message for birthdays and work anniversaries.  Been here almost a year and have never seen or heard from the CEO, think hes a bot.
