Onboarding could have gone better, and the ramp process was extremely lengthy. Unfortunately, I was part of a massive RIF which cut my time short at the org, which is why I give it 3 stars.

There was non-existent training for the product or role but the company culture is incredible and the product is straightforward.

Very slow to promote, often taking 2-3 years an SDR to see any kind of internal promotion. Good product, but largely undercut by other cheaper technologies, impacting retention, opp creation, sales performance, etc.

I have worked at Conductor for more than 6 years. I love this company and what it stands for. We have the best product in the marketplace. There are definitely problems at the company that need to get better and hopefully they get fixed sooner rather than later.
