2023 - measurable/attainable quota; 2024 - not attainable quota. Not moving forward with new products. Rumors of decreasing commissions. Hiring younger talent, splitting up territories, less commission % given.

It’s good but there has been a lot of shift in leadership. Some things they do well but others areas they can really improve on. If you hangout long enough, you’ll be promoted which can be frustrating that. They really don’t look to improve their processes within the company and if something doesn’t go well then they blame the sales force
