2023 - measurable/attainable quota; 2024 - not attainable quota. Not moving forward with new products. Rumors of decreasing commissions. Hiring younger talent, splitting up territories, less commission % given.

My direct team is amazing! ConMed has some great products that are leaders in their category. There could be improvements in strategy and leadership.

It’s good but there has been a lot of shift in leadership. Some things they do well but others areas they can really improve on. If you hangout long enough, you’ll be promoted which can be frustrating that. They really don’t look to improve their processes within the company and if something doesn’t go well then they blame the sales force

ConMed is 100% commission based. Typically you get around 9% of what your territory produces. There are quarterly and annual bonuses if over plan. Pay varies a lot rep to rep because some have small territories and others have higher producing territories.
