If you hangout long enough, you’ll be promoted which can be frustrating that. They really don’t look to improve their processes within the company and if something doesn’t go well then they blame the sales force

Current Employee2.7Apr 24, 2024ConMed is 100% commission based. Typically you get around 9% of what your territory produces. There are quarterly and annual bonuses if over plan. Pay varies a lot rep to rep because some have small territories and others have higher producing territories.
