Former Employee Not very good. The industry is very competitive - race to the bottom type business with very little wiggle room to make money. The pay is low, but the expectations are high, especially if you’re an AE.
When things go wrong - and they will go wrong - sales takes the fall. There’s nothing in place to help make your job easier. Zero automation. Sales is expected to do manual tedious admin work that takes a good chunk of time. No investment in empowering sales people at all - no tools, no databases - nothing. The company has been around for 40 years and they still don’t know who their ideal customer is. This makes prospecting even more difficult than it already is
