Really really negative experience working here. They totally misrepresented themselves in the interview process. The manager I was under was a human nightmare and very poor communicator. She had a bad reputation across the team and when I flagged the issues to upper management they just told me basically to deal with it. A company that is founded on “radical transparency” but cannot take feedback from within.
