Revolving door for sales reps with leadership that is very product focused and could care less about AE quota attainment. The company went over a year without a VP of Marketing and everyone knows about our competitors rather than us despite having a strong product.

The sale is quite technical in nature, so SEs only support 1-2 AEs so that they aren't spread thin - there's a lot of partnership between AE + SE from the beginning of the sale.
