Your on ramp for 6 months, after that if you don't average 75% performance attainment in a 60 day rolling period you go on stage 1 PIP this cycle continues until you go on stage 3 after stage 3 if you can't manage to average 75% attainment you will be let go from the company. Very high stress. Enterprise Channel gets treated like SMB, there are weekly forecast and they expect 3 meetings per week, this makes it feel like the environment is very transaction based. Only 10-15% of Enterprise Account Executives are hitting quota. High employee churn.
