My overall experience was great at first, then they promoted a Residential Sales Manager to Director of Enterprise sales and it was not the same. You can not have a succesful Enterprise B2B team doing business like a residental B2C team and expect to succeed.

Good company with a good culture. Sales teams are not supported well and there is a ton of backend wrangling to push deals through and an overall poor support system despite a ton of resources

Enjoyed Comcast when I first started. Harder with higher market penetration. The huge drive on the business side to sell bad cell phone service really was a major downfall in my eyes.
