Not a great experience. You can close some big deals and make some money but overall their is a really shady culture here that does not put customer first.

Enjoyed Comcast when I first started. Harder with higher market penetration. The huge drive on the business side to sell bad cell phone service really was a major downfall in my eyes.

Comcast as a company has by far the best telecom product in the market. However, consistency and lack of up time, customer support, training/ continued education, customer hand off and cross team collaboration absolutely kills reps ability to perform.
