Comcast as a company has by far the best telecom product in the market. However, consistency and lack of up time, customer support, training/ continued education, customer hand off and cross team collaboration absolutely kills reps ability to perform.

Worst job an ever had. Micromanagement/Systems//Leaders/Revolving door of employees. SDR’s booked fake appointments, customer service was terrible. Taking a client out for a hamburger…,better type of a business case on why company should spend $20 !
