Good company with a good culture. Sales teams are not supported well and there is a ton of backend wrangling to push deals through and an overall poor support system despite a ton of resources

solid growth and advancement opportunities, but still a startup culture where systems and processes are a growing pain - very little inbound lead flow, so reps must be full cycle and even stick with the customer through all implementation and account management afterwards
