Comcast Business was by far the worst work experience I have ever had. I was an account executive in the Heartland Region, working in two territories. Management was atrocious, training was a good concept but then follow through and continued coaching did not exist. The workplace favoritism and collusion that took place was egregious and disgusting. Absolutely zero workplace balance in order to be considered a top performer. Horrible process and systems to fulfill sales cycle and endless gaslighting when you speak up about bottlenecks and roadblocks. Teams don't talk and collaborate whatsoever, and the clawbacks of commission make your salary the most important part of your income. Which, is also so low it's comical. Things like "Authorized connectors" are the only way to make real money, and there is so much shady business that unless you choose to be unethical, it's impossible to keep up. There is little to no recognition for anyone BUT top performers, and as mentioned, you virtually have to cheat to get there. Employees express serious mental health concerns monthly and they are hidden and ignored. I myself experienced high levels of workplace abuse.
