I was with Lev prior to the acquisition by Cognizant It was a great company to work for but faced the challenges during the pandemic across the board. Cognizant started to change the culture and most left.

My overall experience was initially frustrating because I never got the role I was promised, then excellent as I found a new role and made it great, and then negative as the firm's direction went into an area of SI work that was more focused on labor arbitrage.

I joined one of the non-integrated Cognizant businesses. We had three different MDs in 9 months, zero sales strategy, and basically sold based on AWS funding to clients. The business took so long to be integrated into Cognizant, it became dysfunctional.
