Cockroach Labs is a great place to work. The market for the product is strong so there is a real chance to make huge commissions. Only thing I can fault the company on is the lack of diversity across the board.

CockroachDB is a great product and where there is a fit for a company, could be a great opportunity to make some real money and drive real value.
